Mr. Wilton graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and attended law school at Widener University where he received a Juris Doctorate in 1991. Mr. Wilton is licensed to practice law in the United States District Court and Supreme Court of New Jersey.
In 1997 Mr. Wilton founded the firm and has continued to focus on representing accident victims. In 2002 Mr. Wilton achieved the designation of Certified Civil Trial Attorney. He has been a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America - NJ. He has successfully tried numerous jury and non-jury trials to conclusion in the areas of general negligence, automobile negligence, medical malpractice and products liability.
Born and raised in Monmouth County, New Jersey, Mr. Wilton lives with his wife and four children in Middletown where he is a member of the Middletown Township Planning Board and active in many other community organizations.
