Brian T. Wilton

Mr. Brian Wilton graduated from St. Peter's Preparatory School in Jersey City, NJ and went on to The University of Scranton. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Political Science in 1997. After college he attended Seton Hall University School of Law where he served as intern with the Jersey City Municipal Prosecutor as well as the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office. He received his law degree in 2001 and completed a judicial clerkship with the Hon. Michael D. Farren, Presiding Criminal Judge of the Monmouth County Superior Court.

Mr. Wilton is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court and Supreme Court of New Jersey. Currently, Mr. Wilton concentrates on matters involving product liability, automobile negligence, premises liability, medical malpractice, civil rights violations and workers' compensation. He handles all aspects of these cases from initial preparation through trial. Many of Mr. Wilton's cases have been published in New Jersey Jury Verdict Review & Analysis. Recently he was named as a 2011 Rising Star in New Jersey Super Lawyers and New Jersey Monthly magazines. This honor recognizes the top up and coming lawyers in the state and is bestowed on less than 2.5 percent of the attorneys in New Jersey.

Mr. Wilton lives in Lake Como, Monmouth County with his wife and two daughters. He is a member of the Lake Como Town Council and is currently the Council President. In his spare time he enjoys surfing and competing in triathlons. Most recently he completed the Eagleman 70.3 Half Ironman in Cambridge, MD and the 2011 Marine Corp. Marathon in Washington, D.C.
